Should you be unable to attend a Professional Learning session that you have registered for, it will result in loss of payment. Substitutions are welcome; please call 905-875-4600 Ext. 141 to inform us if someone will be attending in your place.
In the unlikely event that THRC cancels the event, we will reimburse workshop fees in full.
Quality First Absence Fee
THRC implemented a fee to alleviate unexpected empty spaces in Quality First sessions. If you have registered for a Quality First session and do not attend, a fee of $10 will be billed to your organization. Each session will have an option to add your name to a waiting list if the session does become full. This will give you an opportunity to join if spaces become available and will also tell us if there is a need for additional sessions.
To avoid this fee please cancel your attendance within 48 hours via email or by phone at administrativeassistant@thrc.ca or 905-875-4600 ext.141. This will allow an opportunity for another community member to attend.
Please note: If you would like to substitute another name in the event that you are not able to attend, no penalty will be applied.
