Quality First Framework

THRC is excited to share the revised Quality First Framework.  

The Framework consists of 2 tiers and aligns with the current needs of the system to provide a more authentic approach to Quality.  Quality First Consultants will focus on working with educators through a coaching approach to build their capacity and skills to identify goal setting and create an action plan(s). 

The Consultants will provide further information pertaining to the Framework with the Educators at the next scheduled consultation.
